These terms govern your use of the AnnoTara AI website, your account, and our talent network. By creating an account or applying, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Applications and opportunities

Registering or applying does not guarantee work, and it does not create an employment relationship. Project work, pay, and conditions are set out in separate agreements or project instructions we give you.

3. Payments

Where project work is completed and approved, payment is made through Airtm or Wise, using the details you save in your dashboard.

• You are responsible for keeping your payment details correct and your Airtm or Wise account in good standing. We are not responsible for payments sent to the details you provided, including if they are wrong.
• Earnings are shown in the currency of the country in your profile. Fees, exchange rates, and limits charged by Airtm, Wise, or your bank are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.
• We may correct errors in earnings or payouts, and may withhold or reverse a payment that was made by mistake or obtained by breaking these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information, or apply on behalf of someone else.
• Upload a profile photo that is not of you, or that is offensive or unlawful, or save payment details that belong to someone else.
• Create more than one account.
• Access accounts or data that are not yours, or try to disrupt or bypass the security of the website.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit forms.
• Copy, share, or publish project data, guidelines, or client information.

5. Confidentiality of project data

Data and instructions you see while working on projects are confidential. You may use them only to complete the assigned work, and you must not keep, copy, or disclose them.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, and its content belong to AnnoTara AI or its licensors. Work you produce on projects is governed by the applicable project agreement.

7. Third-party services

The website relies on services from other companies, such as Supabase, Netlify, Airtm, Wise, and Discord. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any dashboard figures, including earnings and payout records, are for information and may be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnoTara AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you may ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country / jurisdiction], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [location].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
