2. Applications and opportunities

Registering or applying does not guarantee work, and it does not create an employment relationship. Project work, pay, and conditions are set out in separate agreements or project instructions we give you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information, or apply on behalf of someone else.
• Access accounts or data that are not yours, or try to disrupt or bypass the security of the website.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit forms.
• Copy, share, or publish project data, guidelines, or client information.

4. Confidentiality of project data

Data and instructions you see while working on projects are confidential. You may use them only to complete the assigned work, and you must not keep, copy, or disclose them.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its design, and its content belong to AnnoTara AI or its licensors. Work you produce on projects is governed by the applicable project agreement.

6. Third-party services

The website relies on services from other companies, such as Supabase, Netlify, and Discord. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any dashboard figures are for information and may be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnoTara AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you may ask us to delete your account at any time.
